IU Commit, Damezi Anderson leads SB Riley to another win on Tuesday

We have now had exclusive coverage of Indiana’s 2018 Commits and Active Recruits for almost two weeks on our new “Basketball Recruiting” section. Today, we will once again be looking at one of the four 2018 Indiana Men’s Basketball Commitments, Damezi Anderson.

Anderson in only four games has been tremendous on the floor as to South Bend Riley’s success. Riley is 4-0 on the season and was just recently named third out of the entire state in the latest Class 4A poll. This comes after an 84-55 win on Tuesday night in which Anderson was the leading scorer once again.

Anderson finished with a team-high 25 points, including 4 three-pointers to help Riley defeat South Bend St. Joseph. In his last two starts before Tuesday’s, Anderson put up 22 points each time. He really has turned into one of the best players in the state. Damezi Anderson should be competing with Romeo Langford for Indiana Mr. Basketball, because of how well he is playing right now.
